Terms, Conditions & Consent Form

1.  Overview of Birth and Beyond Australia, Connected Beginnings Coaching
   • Birth and Beyond Australia is an educational and Clinical EFT coaching business. EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums is a coaching program aimed at Australian mothers who want to learn ways to reduce their stress. It is not appropriate for individuals who have pre-existing mental or physical health conditions, those who have epilepsy or suffer from seizures or who have not been cleared by their health professional to participate in stress-reduction activities.
   • Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums coaching was designed to provide high quality, evidence-based content to Australian mothers.

2.  Structure of Birth and Beyond Australia, Connected Beginnings Coaching
   • This is a 6-week online course, with drip fed modules on a weekly basis for 6 consecutive weeks (6 modules). It includes 6 live Coaching sessions online via Zoom.  If you have recieved early bird bonuses, this includes 1 individual (1:1) clinical EFT coaching session (70 minutes) live online via zoom. All sessions are provided online via Zoom.
   • Participants will be given aEFT Essentials for Aussie Mums workbook in which they can take notes and complete tasks to assist their learning week- to-week (available to download). All content is thoughtfully put together.
   • All content will be made available via the student portal in Kajabi. All live content (Live Q&A parts of the coaching calls, 1:1 Clinical EFT coaching, Group Clinical EFT coaching will all be done via Zoom.
   • Participants who have received the early bird bonuses for EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  will receive 1 Clinical EFT individual (1:1) session (70 minutes) which will be conducted via Zoom. This session needs to be booked in and undertaken during theEFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  6-week program. If it is not booked and undertaken during the 6-week program, it will be forfeited by the participant.

3.  Relationship with Birth and Beyond Australia
   • This service is a non-clinical service.
   • Birth and Beyond Australia is operated by Dianne Nash. Dianne Nash is a registered psychologist.
   • While Dianne Nash is a registered psychologist, the Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program is not a psychology service.
   • By consenting to participate in theEFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching program, participants acknowledge that they are participating in a coaching program and are not receiving psychological services from Dianne Nash.
   • To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, clients of Dianne Nash cannot be accepted as participants in the Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching program 2 years of cessation of psychological services provided by Dianne Nash.
   • Similarly, participants in the Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching program cannot be accepted as clients of Dianne Nash within a minimum of 2 years of completion of the Birth and beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums Coaching program.
   • Any requests for cross-referral or registration between former clients of Dianne Nash and Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and will only be accepted at Dianne Nash’s discretion, depending on the individual circumstances.
   • If in the course of participating in the Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums Coaching program, issues arise which in Dianne Nash’s professional opinion are beyond the scope of the coaching relationship, a participant may be advised to see their GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician.
   • Dianne Nash may at any time and in their sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in the Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program if Dianne Nash considers it appropriate to do so. In the event of termination of a participant’s registration in the Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums Coaching program on this basis, a partial refund of the participant’s registration fees may be provided.

4.  Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information
   • As part of your participation in the Birth and Beyond Australia,EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program, Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching needs to collect and record information from you.
   • We enclose a copy of our Privacy Policy, which we request you read and acknowledge your understanding of, prior to signing this document.
   • Also enclosed is a copy of our:
     • Participant Information Sheet
     • Waiver; and
     • Description of the Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program, including what to expect from us, and our expectations of you as a client

5.  Technology Requirements
   • Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching is provided online through our website portal and by videoconferencing- zoom. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access online content and participate in video conferencing workshops.
   • To access Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums Coaching content, you will need access to a computer with a video camera, microphone and speakers) and environmental factors (such as a private room or quiet space).
   • The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.

6.  Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property
   • Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  website, its  EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program and all content provided within, is the intellectual property of Birth and Beyond Australia.
   • The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from Birth and Beyond Australia Website or the EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program is prohibited.

7.  Fees
   • The investment for the Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  coaching program is $200 (Aus). This fee is a one-time fee, to be paid in full prior to the course commencing.

8.  Cancellation & Refund Policy
   • Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching will grant a refund of the registration fee paid by any participant, within 72 hours prior to the commencement date of the EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching program.
   • After the commencement of the course, refunds of the registration fee will not be granted. Ordinarily, only in circumstances where a participant’s registration is terminated by Birth and Beyond Australia in accordance with the terms of Part 3.
   • Pre-booked 1:1 private Clinical EFT coaching session(s) may be cancelled by the participant up to 72 hours prior to the session time without penalty but must be re-booked before the end of the 6 week EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums Coaching program. No refund will be offered in respect of expired or unused 1:1 Clinical EFT coaching session(s).

9.  Consent to participation in the Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program
   • I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching and I acknowledge the following:
     •  EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching is a coaching service. Although the EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching program Dianne Nash is a registered psychologist, this is not a psychological service and I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in the Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching program;
     • I am not an existing client of Dianne Nash and I have not previously accessed psychological services provided by Dianne Nash;
     • As a result of my participation in the Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Program, I am precluded from accessing psychological services provided by Dianne Nash for a minimum period of 2 years from the completion of the Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching program;
     • I have read and understood the Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching Privacy Policy.

By making this purchase I am confirming that I have read and understood the information, terms and conditions contained in this Consent Form and have discussed any outstanding questions with Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching.  

By proceeding with this purchase I confirming that I agree to the above conditions for coaching services to be provided to me by Birth and Beyond Australia, EFT Essentials for Aussie Mums  Coaching.
